We’ll be in Genk, Belgium on 20 November, showing Connekted CMS, our new case management platform, to people working in victim support across Europe.
Connektivity will be exhibiting at Tech4Victims, Victim Support Europe’s innovation event, on Friday 20 November 2026 at C-mine in Genk, Belgium. We’ll be using the day to show Connekted CMS, our new case management platform built from the ground up for organisations that support victims of crime.
Tech4Victims brings together victim support professionals, law enforcement, policymakers, researchers and technology developers to look at how technology can improve the whole victim journey: from the first moment someone reports a crime or asks for help, through access to support and justice, to long-term recovery.
It isn’t a conventional conference. The programme uses reverse pitches, where organisations set out the problems they need solving and innovators respond, alongside flipped keynotes and sessions that test technology from the point of view of victims’ advocates. The event runs from 10:00 to 17:00 CET.
Over years of running myRJ, myVCU and myDV for services in the UK and the US, we’ve seen the same pattern again and again. Services doing similar work each need something slightly different: a few extra fields for their own funder reporting, a different referral route, a report nobody else asks for. Many also handle more than one type of case. A restorative justice service is asked to take on mediation work. A victim care unit supports people through very different kinds of harm.
Connekted CMS was built to deal with exactly that. Each service can shape its fields, workflows and reports around how it works and what its funders need, without custom development. A service starts from a theme pack for its sector, such as restorative justice, then adds its own fields and the workflows for any other types of case it handles.
The people whose information sits in these systems are victims of crime, and that shapes how we build. Connekted CMS uses access controls so that sensitive information about victims is seen only by those who need it.
“Every service we work with does things slightly differently, and usually for good reason. Connekted CMS means a service no longer has to bend its practice around its software, or wait on a development cycle to report what its funders are asking for. We’re looking forward to showing it to people doing this work across Europe.”
Darren Edwards, CEO, ConnektivityIf you’re attending, come and find us in the exhibition area. We’d be glad to show you Connekted CMS and talk through how your service works.
If you’d like to attend, you can register your interest with Victim Support Europe. Full details of the programme are on the Tech4Victims website.
Connektivity builds case management software for organisations that support victims of crime. We work with police forces, victim support charities, restorative justice services and local authorities across the UK, as well as clients in the US.
Can’t make it to Genk? We’re happy to show you Connekted CMS online.
