Climate change presents urgent global environmental, social, and economic challenges. This Climate Transition Plan and Carbon Reduction Plan sets out how Connektivity Limited will align its operations with a low-carbon economy, achieve Net Zero by 2040, and build resilience to climate risks. The plan provides clear actions and measurable targets to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across our operations, services, and value chain.

2. Net Zero Commitment
Target: Achieve Net Zero GHG emissions by 2040.
2.1 Interim targets
- Achieve a 50% reduction in GHG emissions by 2030 (from the 2023 baseline).
- Attain 100% renewable electricity by 2028.
- Ensure 50% of suppliers meet environmental criteria by 2026, increasing to 60% by 2027.
- Achieve 90% employee participation in climate literacy training by 2025.
- Ensure 80% of client-facing IT solutions incorporate Green IT principles by 2027.
2.2 Target coverage
- Scope 1: Direct emissions (e.g. office fuel use, company vehicles).
- Scope 2: Indirect emissions from purchased electricity.
- Scope 3: Indirect value chain emissions (e.g. business travel, cloud services, procurement).

- Train 90% of all employees and consultants in climate literacy by 2025.
- Ensure 80% of client-facing IT solutions incorporate Green IT principles by 2027.
5. Investment & Financing Plan
- Budget for clean technology upgrades and energy efficiency investments.
- Prioritise investments that deliver measurable GHG emission reductions.
6. Risk Management
- Integrate physical, transition, and reputational climate risks into enterprise risk frameworks.
- Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate long-term business impacts.
- Integrate findings into business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
7. Metrics & Monitoring
- GHG emissions (tCO₂e): 50% reduction by 2030 (annual monitoring).
- Renewable energy: 100% by 2027 (annual monitoring).
- Revenue from green services: 25% by 2030 (annual monitoring).

8. Governance & Reporting
- The Sustainability Lead will report quarterly to the Executive Team.
- Board-level oversight will be maintained for climate commitments and performance.
- Annual reporting will be aligned with the GHG Protocol.
9. Disclosure & Transparency
- We disclose progress in our annual Environmental Sustainability Reports.
- Climate performance updates are included in client sustainability briefings.
10. Carbon Reduction Plan
This section sets out the Carbon Reduction Plan as a supporting operational component of the Climate Transition Plan, and complies with PPN 06/21.
10.1 Carbon reduction targets
Target: Achieve Net Zero by 2040.
- Reduce overall emissions by 50% by 2030 (from the 2023 baseline).
- Achieve 100% renewable electricity by 2028.
- Ensure 50% of suppliers meet environmental criteria by 2026 and 60% with Net Zero targets by 2027.
- Achieve 90% employee participation in climate literacy training by 2025.
- Ensure 80% of client-facing IT solutions incorporate Green IT principles by 2027.
10.2 Key projects
- Switch to green electricity tariffs.
- Implement hybrid/remote working policies.
- Migrate infrastructure to low-carbon cloud providers.

The Carbon Reduction Plan is reviewed and approved annually to ensure alignment with our strategic climate objectives.
