Connektivity was delighted to be a sponsor of the 9th National Association of Community and Restorative Justice (NACRJ) Conference, held in Washington D.C. from July 29 to August 1, 2024.
This year's event brought together hundreds of delegates to share knowledge, explore best practices, and shape the future of restorative and community justice.
As a sponsor, Connektivity had the opportunity to showcase myRJ — our dedicated restorative justice case management platform — to a wide audience of practitioners and organisations working at the forefront of restorative practice. Our exhibition stand provided a hands-on space where delegates could explore the platform, ask questions, and see first-hand how myRJ supports services in managing cases, tracking outcomes, and demonstrating impact through comprehensive data and reporting.
Connecting with our community
One of the highlights of the conference for the Connektivity team was the chance to reconnect with existing customers. It was fantastic to hear directly from the practitioners and service managers who use myRJ every day — learning about how the platform is supporting their work, what's making the biggest difference, and where we can continue to improve. These conversations are invaluable in shaping the future direction of the product.
Equally exciting was the opportunity to meet new prospective customers and introduce them to the myRJ platform. Many organisations at the conference spoke about the challenges they face with data collection, outcome measurement, and reporting to stakeholders and funders — challenges that myRJ is specifically designed to address. It was incredibly rewarding to demonstrate how our platform can help services move from paper-based or fragmented processes to a joined-up, data-driven approach.
